Performs business analysis and composes clear, comprehensive functional requirements for our Implementation Partner and Internal Stakeholders
Maintain Workday financial configuration and document requirements
Work with FP&A and other business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting, policies, procedures and controls and provide support on special requests
Design, develop, and deploy Workday reporting and dashboards
Supports the development of data conversion routines and validation processes
Assists the testing lead and process owners in planning and executing end to end and user acceptance testing
Assist the training lead and process owners in developing user documentation including Job Aides, Operational Guides, Online Content, etc.
Assist in change management
Resolve production support tickets within Finance area
Perform the following as a member of a deployment team: understand client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to clients
Work with client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday
Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions
Help mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model as well as mentor and coach others on product knowledge
Facilitate client's intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices
Provide regular status reports to the project managers keeping them apprised of overall project status
Develop, test and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements
Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and ultimately drive requirements sign-off
Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management
Configure the Workday system and integrations to meet each client's unique business requirements
Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutions and share knowledge to improve implementation methodology
Assist Integration Lead with requirements/design updates and status tracking for integration related activities
Responsible for being the primary resource for all Workday HCM data requests.
Handle routine data queries, as well as building complex composite reports and dashboards with Workday.
Consults with Firm and local HR department teams to evaluate their needs in order to provide metrics that drive business decisions.
Monitor changes to Workday on a biyearly basis during regular system updates and react to them appropriately with configuration changes and stakeholder communication.
Identifies, recommends and implements innovative reporting processes and procedures to improve efficiency considering system capabilities, system capacity and limitation, operating time, and desired results.
Makes “best practice” recommendations to insure optimal use based on knowledge of firm processes and technology.
Oversee ad manage the strategy of Workday HCM Reporting.
Develop and maintain simple to complex Workday reports (advanced/Matrix/Composite).
Troubleshoot report related issues and resolve in a timely manner.
Lead efforts to analyze and optimize all report performance.
Maintain proper change management documentation to satisfy the Firm’s internal/external audit controls.

Troubleshoot minor security issues.
Assists the HR Centers of Excellence and local HR teams with the data analysis, design, system configuration and testing associated with established cycle requirements.
Teams with Information Technology to develop and implement new or enhanced technology (e.g., interfaces, outsourced vendor arrangements, system integration) and manages service and support.
Develops user procedures, guidelines and documentation.
Assist with software implementation and upgrades as necessary.
Ability to report on all HR system modules, specifically Workday Compensation, Time and Absence, Benefits, Performance Management, Talent, and HCM Core.
